Return Policy

All returns require a Return Authorization number, please contact us by e-mailing info@marcolauren.com to obtain an RA#.Items must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise in its original condition with original tag attached to be eligible for refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if item(s) is returned within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise. Any items without tags will not be eligible for refund. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item(s). All returns need to be properly insured through the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) as Marco Lauren is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.All returns will be processed within approximately 7 days upon receipt.
